Following are letters to God from some kids at our last church in Pearland, TX:
Dear God, Thank you for showing me how to forgive and give second chances. When I first came to Base Camp I really didn’t like it. But when I came back on Sunday night I actually started to enjoy it. To me, forgiving is really difficult and I’m going to try very, very hard to forgive. Please help me. I’m certainly not perfect but I’m going to forgive and give 2nd chances and be a light for You. Love, Fox
Dear God, Thank you for teaching me to forgive my brother when he hurts me physically and emotionally. Now I try to love him as much as I can. Also I pray to God everyday so that I get to know Him more. Thank You! Love, Julie
These stories are why I love what I do and being able to daily see what God is up too. Thank you Lord for this opportunity!!

MOBILE!!
Yes, I am presently in Mobile, Alabama at the University of Mobile with my amazing sister!! Our team is in Laurel, Mississippi only two hours from Mobile. My host mom was gracious and offered to take me. Katie was busy all day tomorrow so I got permission to come down today. It is so good to see her and other friends around campus. I made it in time for chapel where I some teaching I am going to have to chew on. God is so good!!
On the way down I some great conversation with my host mom. She is in her seventies and is a retired school teacher. She loves kids as much as I do so we have alot in common. She is also the oldest of six children. Kindred spirits I can tell! One I hope to keep up with though the next few months if not longer:) Melissa (the team girl I'm staying with) and I were instant family from the first we call them Mimi and Papa. What a blessing!! I'm not going to want to leave on Friday morning.

Braves and Varsity!
On my off day in Dallas, Georgia my host family Kevin and Charlene and their 4 year old daughter McKinley took me and the two girls I was staying with to Atlanta. We were able to go to see the Atlanta Braves play baseball at Turner Field. It was quite an experience. Truth be told I am not a big sports fan so I spent most of my time chatting, texting and reading but it was still enjoyable. After the game we had the tremendous opportunity of going to the Varsity. No one should ever go to Atlanta without going to the best fast food restaurant in Georgia. I got a frozen orange and onion rings. So GOOD!!
The church e ministered in was Fortified Hills Baptist Church. God did so much in this church. Following is a testimony from a teenager in the youth group:
God has been speaking to me that I need to come back to Him, get closer. God tells me that I need to not hang out with people I sometimes hang out with and that I need to respect my family and what I have. I want to get closer to God and ya’ll coming to our church made me really realize that I NEED to get closer to God. Life Action team has made a huge impact on my life, and now…I will grow closer to God. Thank you and keep doing what you’re doing. Praise God!!!
Every week we receive many such testimonies from the church members. God is always up to something. It is so exciting just to be apart of it. Even in the midst of the craziness of teaching children and managing the book table sales and inventory t is great to see God at work in peoples lives.

God is AMAZING!!
I just can't (and don't ever want to) get over the greatness of God in my life. I am now traveling for my fourth year with Life Action Revival Ministires. I am on the White Team traveling with several very talented, unique people. I want to use this blog for thoughts of God, stories of His work in my life and the lives of thos around me. I hope this will be a blessing to all who read.
Though I have never seen my life as something to report I do serve the God of the impossible and He is worthy of all the reports in the world!! This will also challenge me on my English:) We shall see how that goes.
Tonight our team will be ending our conference at Fortified Hills Baptist Church in Dallas, GA. It has been a great week of service. The kids in Base Camp (2nd though 5th Grade) have been so much fun! We have been learning about obedience, the greatness of God, humility, holiness and the importance of God's Word in our lives. I love teaching these kids and I also love the group I get to teach with in Base Camp. God has blessed this travel year (Sept.- May) greatly so far. i'm super excited to see what He will do next.
